The VIT-Smooth 90° Rosette Collar (Spring Fix) Ø 200mm is designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, handling temperatures up to 600°C. Ideal for providing a clean, professional look, it covers the entry point into a non-combustible wall or register plate. Constructed from zero carbon steel with a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in a stylish matt black finish, it is a reliable and long-lasting solution.

Please note, VIT-Smooth pipe should only be used as a connecting pipe and must not pass through ceilings or combustible walls. When installing, ensure the smaller diameter points downwards to contain any condensates within the flue system, avoiding leakage. For best practice, joints can be further sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.

The system benefits from being easy to cut to size, though exposed steel should be protected with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Regular inspection and cleaning are recommended, particularly for solid fuel applications, to maintain optimal performance.
