The VIT-Smooth 500mm Pipe with Door - Ø 200mm is a high-quality connecting pipe designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances up to 600°C. Made from zero carbon steel and finished with a matte black powder vitreous enamel coating, it offers both durability and an attractive appearance. This robust single skin pipe is perfect for connecting your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system.

Importantly, the VIT-Smooth should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Easy to install, the pipe features a friction fit joint that doesn’t require sealing, though additional security can be added using a high-temperature silicone sealant or fire cement. The VIT-Smooth has an access door designed for easy inspection and cleaning, which is particularly crucial for solid fuel applications.

When installing, ensure it is placed correctly with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates inside the pipe. Use appropriate PPE during installation and take care to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint if the pipe is cut.
