The VIT-Smooth 1000mm Pipe with Door - Ø 200mm is a versatile and high-quality connecting flue pipe designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures reaching up to 600°C. Constructed from zero carbon steel and finished with a powder vitreous enamel coating in matte black, this single skin pipe ensures durability and longevity. Ideal for connecting your appliance to the flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, the VIT-Smooth pipe must not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

Please remember to maintain a distance of at least 375mm from combustible materials during installation. This friction fit joint system does not require sealing, but for extra security, fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant can be applied. Regular inspection and cleaning, especially for solid fuel applications, are necessary to ensure optimal performance.

The access door allows easy maintenance to keep your system running smoothly. Cut to fit as needed, but be sure to coat any exposed steel to prevent rusting.
