This single-skin connecting system is expertly crafted from zero-carbon steel and features a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in a sophisticated matt black finish. Designed exclusively for use as a connecting pipe between your appliance and your Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, it ensures seamless integration and performance.

Note that VIT-Smooth pipes must not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Installation is straightforward but requires adherence to safety norms, including maintaining a minimum distance of 375mm from combustible materials. The pipe is designed to be installed with the smaller diameter pointing downward, ensuring that any condensates remain inside the flue system.

While the friction fit design eliminates the need for joint sealing, additional security can be achieved using fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Maintenance is simplified with the inclusion of an access door, allowing for easy inspection and cleaning, especially crucial in solid fuel applications. Always ensure appropriate PPE is worn during installation, and for longevity, any cut ends should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
