The TWPro Structural Locking Band 100 Ø is engineered to provide robust support for up to 2.9 metres of unsupported chimney lengths. Specifically designed for use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil, and gas boilers, this locking band ensures stable and secure connections. The outer and inner skins of the product are constructed from high-quality 304 and 316 grade stainless steel respectively, each with a thickness of 0.4mm.
The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, enhancing thermal resistance and safety. Fully welded for maximum durability, the TWPro Locking Band requires a minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible material. HETAS approved and CE marked, this product meets rigorous European standards (EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20), ensuring both safety and efficiency.
Installation is straightforward, as the locking band secures the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts together, guaranteeing a robust and reliable connection.
