The TWPro MB Ventilated Firestop Plate Ø 175 is specifically designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal-effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers. This robust firestop plate enhances safety by preventing the spread of fire through chimney openings. The outer skin is crafted from 0.4mm thick, 304 stainless steel, coated in a high-temperature black finish for both durability and aesthetics.

The inner skin, constructed from 316-grade stainless steel at 0.4mm thick, ensures additional resilience. Engineered with compressed rockwool insulation at a density of 200kg/m3, it effectively minimizes heat transfer. Fully welded components and a 50mm clearance to combustibles further elevate its safety standards.

Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it complies with the EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20 standards. Installation is straightforward with the provided locking band, maintaining the required 50mm clearance from flammable materials such as wood and plasterboard.
