The outer skin is crafted from 304-grade stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness and finished in a high-temperature black coating for enhanced durability. The inner skin is made from 316-grade stainless steel, also with a 0.4mm thickness, ensuring long-lasting performance.

The pipe features compressed rockwool insulation offering a density of 200kg/m3 and full welded parts to ensure maximum safety. Designed to keep a minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible materials, the TWPro pipe is HETAS approved and CE marked under EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward with the use of a supplied Locking Band, making the TWPro 500mm Pipe the perfect addition to any heating setup.
