The TWPro MB Insulation Cover Plate Ø 200 is crafted to meet high standards. This cover plate is suitable for solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, the cover is coated in a high-temperature black finish for durability.
The inner skin, made from 316 grade stainless steel at 0.4mm thick, ensures robustness. Insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 200kg/m3, it provides excellent thermal retention. The entire unit is fully welded for maximum durability.
Maintain a 50mm distance to combustible materials to ensure safety. HETAS approved and CE marked, the TWPro meets EN1856-1 standards (Designation Numbers: T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20). Installation is straightforward: secure the parts using the supplied Locking Band, and adhere to the 50mm distance guideline from the flue’s exterior to any combustible material.
