Its robust construction features an outer skin of 304 stainless steel, coated in a durable, high-temperature black finish, and an inner skin of 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick. The insulation is made from compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring superior thermal protection.

This component is fully welded, ensuring structural integrity and safety. It has a safe distance to combustibles of 50mm and is HETAS approved and CE marked, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. Installation is straightforward, with parts secured using a supplied locking band, making sure that the minimum distance to combustible materials is maintained.
