The Tee Cap Ø 80 is an essential accessory designed for capping off the bottom or unused end of a 90/135° tee in chimney flue systems. Suitable for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers, this tee cap guarantees robust performance. Constructed with a 304-grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316-grade stainless steel inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, it boasts excellent durability.

The inner insulation is made of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring optimal thermal protection. Fully welded parts and a required 50mm distance from combustibles make this component exceptionally safe. Our Tee Cap Ø 80, part of the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney range, is HETAS Approved and CE marked, meeting stringent EN1856-1 standards.

Installation is straightforward using a Locking Band, enabling easy removal for sweeping and maintenance access. This product is perfect for ensuring safety and efficiency in your chimney flue system.
