The Storm Collar Ø 175 is an indispensable component for ensuring the water-tightness and weather resistance of your chimney flue system. Perfect for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any other solid fuel appliances, this robust storm collar protects your flue system from extreme weather conditions. Crafted with precision, the outer skin is constructed from 304 grade stainless steel and the inner skin from 316 grade stainless steel, each with a thickness of 0.4mm for added durability.

The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³ TWPro / 128Kg/m³, fully welded for a seamless finish. The storm collar must be installed approximately 25mm above the topmost part of the flashing, ensuring a secure fit with a bead of silicone around the top edge and flue. The TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are easily secured together using a Locking Band.

This product is HETAS Approved and CE marked, guaranteeing its high quality and compliance with safety standards. With designation numbers TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, you can trust in its reliability and performance.

Ensure the storm collar is installed at least 25mm above the highest point of the flashing. Begin by placing the collar correctly on the chimney flue, then apply a continuous bead of silicone along the top edge to ensure a secure, water-tight seal. Finally, secure the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney components together with the provided Locking Band. Follow all manufacturer instructions closely for optimal performance and safety.

The Storm Collar Ø 175 is compatible with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.

It is constructed using high-quality stainless steel; the outer skin is made of 304 grade and the inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick.

Install the storm collar approximately 25mm above the tallest part of the flashing. Secure it by running a bead of silicone around the top edge and the flue to ensure water-tightness.
