The Sflue Black Rain Cap Ø 152mm is a premium choice for protecting your chimney from rain infiltration. Ideal for use with solid fuel and oil-fired appliances, such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. Crafted with precision, the outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin is 316 grade stainless steel, both at a robust 0.4mm thickness.
The insulation comprised of compressed rockwool offers a density of 230kg/m³ and is encapsulated within twist-lock couplers, ensuring a durable and secure fit. The Sflue system is HETAS approved and CE marked, guaranteeing compliance with high safety and performance standards. Installation is straightforward, with an 8 barbed twist-lock mechanism and a locking band to secure the parts.
Maintain a safe distance of 50mm from any combustible materials. This rain cap not only enhances the longevity of your chimney but also ensures operational efficiency.
