The Sflue (2188806) Decorative Ventilated Firestop in a 152mm (6 inch) diameter is a prime component for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances. This includes everything from woodstoves and gas coal effect fires to oil and gas boilers, as well as other solid fuel appliances. Constructed for durability and safety, the outer skin features 304 grade stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, while the inner skin employs 316 grade stainless steel of the same thickness.
The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 230kg/m3, efficiently encapsulated within the twist-lock couplers for added security. This Sflue is fully laser welded, ensuring a smooth and secure fit, and provides a CE mark and HETAS approval, denoted by its Designation Number EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50. Designed for straightforward installation, the Sflue employs an 8 barbed twist lock system, where parts are secured using a Locking Band.
A crucial safety feature is the 50mm clearance it maintains from any combustible materials. Ideal for professional and DIY projects alike, choose this firestop for added safety and an aesthetically pleasing finish in white gloss.
