Crafted with precision, this adaptor features an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin made from 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick, for exceptional durability and longevity. The insulation is composed of compressed rockwool with a density of 230kg/m³, encapsulated within twist-lock couplers for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Sflue products are HETAS approved and CE marked, boasting a Designation Number of EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards. Installation is straightforward with an 8-barbed twist lock secured by a locking band, ensuring a safe distance of 50mm from any combustible materials. Begin by verifying the appliance manufacturer’s guidelines in order to maintain the required 50mm clearance from any combustible materials. Carefully join the TLPro and MI-FLEX flue liner sections using the provided 8-barbed twist lock adaptor; secure it firmly with the locking band. Double-check that the coupling is fully engaged and that the adaptor seats properly to create a secure, leak-proof connection. Follow the local building regulations and HETAS requirements during installation, and if in doubt, consult a qualified installer for assistance.

The adaptor is suitable for woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.

The outer skin is made of 304 grade stainless steel and the inner skin is made of 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick.
