Designed with precision, the outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin utilizes 316 grade stainless steel, both maintaining a thickness of 0.4mm. The insulation is composed of compressed rockwool, delivering an impressive density of 230kg/m³.
The twist-lock couplers encapsulate this high-quality insulation, and all parts are fully laser welded to ensure durability. This product is HETAS approved and CE marked, holding the designation number EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50. Installation is straightforward with the 8 barbed twist lock Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts that secure together using a Locking Band.
It’s crucial to maintain a 50mm distance from any combustible materials like wood or plasterboard for safety.
