For optimal installation, ensure that the Sflue Adjustable Slip Section Pipe is coupled securely using the twist lock system provided. When installing vertically, it is essential to pair the pipe with a load-bearing support component, as the pipe itself is not designed to be self-supporting. Maintain a minimum clearance of 50mm from any combustible materials to ensure safety. Follow all manufacturer guidelines and local building regulations to achieve a secure and efficient chimney system. Professional installation is recommended to guarantee compliance with safety standards.

The pipe is suitable for solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers.

The outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel, while the inner skin is 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick. It also features high-density rockwool insulation.

Yes, it is HETAS approved and CE marked, complying with the designation number EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50.

The twist-lock mechanism ensures the components are tightly secured together, preventing any air leaks and maintaining the integrity of your chimney system.

A distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material like wood or plasterboard is required.

The pipe includes compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 230kg/m³, housed securely within the twist-lock couplers.

While it can be used in various configurations, it is essential to use a support component directly above when applied vertically as it is not load-bearing.
