The Seldek Nu-Lead SNL103 50mm-170mm Base 600x450mm is your go-to flashing solution for tiled and slate roofs. Built to endure temperatures from -55°C to 135°C, this robust product ensures long-lasting protection and performance. Installation is a breeze: simply pull the tab to the correct size with pliers or cut with a Stanley knife, apply silicone sealant to the back of the flashing, remove tiles around the pipe, slide the flashing over the pipe, fasten the flashing to the roof, and cut the tile to fit around the top of the flashing.

The EPDM cone is ingeniously locked to a high-grade, malleable lead base, ensuring it doesn't stain or corrode roofs and gutters. With National Flues, you're opting for quality and reliability.
