The Round Finishing Plate 90° - Ø 125-150mm wide is essential for neatly managing flue system installations through non-combustible walls. Highly versatile, it's suitable for use with solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers. Constructed with durable 304 and 316 grade stainless steel, both inner and outer skins possess a thickness of 0.4mm.

The insulation is dense, compressed rockwool, ensuring optimum thermal performance with a density of 200kg/m3 TWPro / 128Kg/m3. Fully welded for reliability, this finishing plate ensures a safe 50mm distance to combustibles with TWPro and 60mm with KC. Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it adheres to stringent quality standards (Designation Numbers: TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20).

Installation is straightforward with a locking band, maintaining the necessary gap to any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard.

To install the Round Finishing Plate, begin by marking the precise location where the flue penetrates the non-combustible wall. Clean the surface thoroughly before applying a high-quality silicone sealant. Secure the plate onto the wall using appropriate screws. Ensure that the locking band is firmly in place to uphold a clearance of 50mm (TWPro) or 60mm (KC) from combustible materials. Always adhere to the product manual guidelines and consult a professional installer if you are unsure about any step.

The outer skin of the plate is made from 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel. Both are 0.4mm thick and insulated with compressed rockwool for optimal thermal performance.

It's designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and other solid fuel devices.

Secure the plate to the wall where the flue passes through at 90° using silicone and screws. Ensure the locking band is used for a secure fit.

Maintain a distance of 50mm to combustibles with TWPro and 60mm with KC from the outside of the flue.
