For single-storey builds (garden rooms, extensions), pick the Single Storey Kit - no existing chimney needed. In two-storey homes, choose the Internal Two-Storey Kit (flue routes inside and out through the roof) or the External Two-Storey Kit (flue runs up the outside) - neither requires a chimney.
