Crafted from high-quality EPDM, the No 3 EPDM Mi-Flash flashings are engineered for maximum resistance to harsh weather, ozone, and UV light exposure. The one-piece construction ensures a swift and straightforward on-site installation, typically completed within five minutes. Designed for versatility, the base forms a seal over various panel configurations and roof pitches, accommodating pipe diameters from 6mm to 102mm (1/4 to 4 inches).
To install, simply choose the appropriate pipe opening size, trim accordingly with a Stanley knife or scissors, and slide the flashing over the pipe with optional lubrication for ease. Shape the flashing to match the roof profile, apply the provided sealant, and secure with screws and caps included in the Fixing Kit. Please note that three Standard Fixing Kits are required for complete installation.
The EPDM material ensures these flashings offer long-lasting protection and performance even in low-temperature conditions.
