The MI-VIT Lite Tee Cap Ø 125 is an essential component in your flue system, designed specifically for capping off the base of a tee. Manufactured from zero-carbon steel and finished with a durable vitreous enamel matte black coating, this tee cap is suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius. With proper installation, it can help achieve a P1 pressure rating up to 200 degrees Celsius.

Please note that the MI-VIT Lite system should only be used as a connecting pipe and not for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. Installation requires a minimum distance of 375mm from combustible materials. The product features a friction-fit joint system, eliminating the need for sealing in high temperature applications, though seals are necessary for positive pressure (P1) pellet installations.

The MI-VIT Lite Tee Cap Ø 125 is designed to be cut to size with care, and the exposed steel should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. For ease of maintenance, provisions for chimney inspection and cleaning should be made, especially for solid fuel applications, with recommended sweeping and upkeep at least once a year.
