The MI-VIT Lite 500mm Pipe with Access Door is designed for convenient and efficient connection of your gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances to a flue system. This single-skin flue pipe is constructed from zero carbon steel and features a durable matt black vitreous enamel coating. It can handle temperatures up to 600 degrees C, making it suitable for a variety of heating applications.This 500mm pipe, designed to be a fixed length, includes an access door that makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze, especially critical for solid fuel appliances.

While it fits frictionally and does not require seals for high-temperature installations, seals are necessary for pellet installations where positive pressure exists.When installing the MI-VIT Lite pipe, make sure it's positioned correctly with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates within the system. It should not be placed within 375mm of combustible materials like wood or plaster boards. If cutting is required, ensure that any exposed steel is covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.

Always use appropriate PPE during installation.
