The MI-VIT Lite 500mm Ø 150 Pipe is an essential component for your heating appliances, whether gas, oil, or solid fuel, capable of enduring temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius. Ideal for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, it should not be used through ceilings or combustible walls. Constructed with zero carbon steel and a matt black vitreous enamel finish, it promises durability and a sleek appearance.
Specially designed with friction fit joints, it eliminates the need for seals in high-temperature installations. However, for pellet installations requiring positive pressure (P1 applications), seals at every joint are essential. Ensure a gap of at least 450mm from any combustible materials during installation.
The MI-VIT Lite is also cuttable, but any exposed steel must be covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Regular inspection and cleaning, particularly for solid fuel systems, are recommended to maintain efficiency and safety.
