The MI-VIT Lite 90° Bend with Door Ø 150mm is a premium connecting pipe designed for versatility and durability across a range of heating appliances, including gas, oil, and solid fuel options. Constructed from zero carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish, this single-skin connecting flue system supports temperatures up to 600°C. Ideal for connecting your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, it offers an efficient solution for ensuring safe and effective exhaust flow.**Key Features and Guidelines**- **Application**: Suitable for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances up to 600°C.- **Pressure Rating**: Achieve a P1 pressure rating up to a working temperature of 200°C when sealed.- **Installation**: Ensure a 450mm distance from any combustible material.

Always install with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates within the flue system. Friction fit joints require no sealing for T600 high-temperature installations.- **Pellet Installation**: For positive pressure (P1 applications), seals should be placed on every joint.- **Cutting and Maintenance**: MI-VIT Lite can be cut to fit your needs but cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Ensure the flue has access doors at directional changes for easy inspection and cleaning, especially for solid fuel applications.

Regular sweeping is recommended, especially for systems used with solid fuels.**Safety Note**: Always use appropriate PPE during installation.

For solid fuel applications, it is recommended to inspect and sweep the chimney at least once a year or more frequently as necessary.

Yes, the pipes can be cut, but any exposed steel must be coated with high-temperature paint to avoid rusting.
