The MI-VIT Lite 90° Bend Ø 125 is specifically designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C. This meticulously crafted single-skin flue pipe, made from zero carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating, provides excellent durability and heat resistance. It's an essential component for connecting your appliance to the Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System.

However, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.When installing the MI-VIT Lite, ensure it is not positioned within 375mm of combustible materials. Install the pipe with the smaller diameter pointing downward to retain condensates within the flue system. For T600 high temperature installations, the friction fit joint does not require sealing, though seals are necessary for P1 pressure applications like Pellet installations.

The pipe can be cut to fit, but any exposed steel must be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Proper PPE is advised during installation.Regular maintenance, especially for solid fuel appliances, is vital. It's advisable to include access doors for inspection and cleaning wherever there are changes in direction.

At a minimum, chimneys should be swept annually to ensure safety and efficiency.
