The Mi-Pellet Increaser - Ø 100 Male to Ø 125 Female is a versatile and essential component designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. This high-quality connecting pipe, crafted from zero carbon steel and coated with vitreous enamel in a sleek matte black finish, ensures longevity and efficient performance. For optimal use, the Mi-Pellet pipe should serve as a connecting medium between your appliance and flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, strictly avoiding any passage through ceilings or combustible walls.

Easy installation is assured with its friction-fit joints, requiring no sealing for high-temperature applications. However, for positive pressure (P1) installations, comprehensive sealing at each joint is mandatory. Careful installation is crucial, maintaining a safe distance of 375mm from combustible materials like wood and plasterboards.

The design includes features to keep condensates within the flue system, promoting efficient and safe operation. Regular inspection and maintenance, especially for solid fuel setups, is recommended, with provisions for easy access and cleaning. Installations can include access doors at changes of direction to facilitate this.

Always remember to wear appropriate PPE during installation.

Ensure that the Mi-Pellet Increaser is installed strictly as a connecting pipe between your appliance and the flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. For high-temperature installations (T600), friction-fit joints do not require sealing; however, for positive pressure (P1) setups, seal every joint meticulously. It is imperative that the installation maintains a minimum clearance of 375mm from combustible materials such as wood and plasterboard. During setup, avoid using this connecting pipe to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Regular inspection is recommended, particularly for systems incorporating solid fuel, and it is advisable to incorporate access doors at directional changes for straightforward cleaning. Always follow the manufacturer’s safety guidelines and ensure that you wear appropriate PPE during the installation process.

The Mi-Pellet Increaser is made from zero carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating in a matte black finish, which ensures durability and resistance to high temperatures.

No, the Mi-Pellet Increaser should not be used to pass through ceilings or any combustible materials. It is strictly a connecting pipe between your appliance and the flue system.

The Mi-Pellet Increaser is suitable for appliances with temperatures up to 600°C.

For high-temperature T600 installations, sealing is not required for the friction-fit joints. However, for positive pressure (P1) applications, sealing every joint is necessary.

The Mi-Pellet Increaser should be installed at least 375mm away from combustible materials such as wood or plasterboards.

Yes, the Mi-Pellet Increaser can be cut to fit, but it's crucial to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.

For solid fuel appliances, it's recommended to inspect and clean the flue system at least once a year, or more frequently if necessary. Install access doors at changes of direction for easier maintenance.
