The Mi-Pellet Horizontal Terminal Ø 80 - Ø 80 is a versatile and robust connecting pipe suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. This single skin connecting flue system is constructed from high-quality zero carbon steel and finished with a durable vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish. It should be used exclusively as a connecting pipe between your appliance and a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, and is not to be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.For installation, ensure that the Mi-Pellet pipe maintains a distance of at least 375mm from combustible materials such as wood and plasterboard.

The pipe must always be installed with the smaller diameter pointing downwards to keep condensates within the flue system. Featuring a friction fit joint that requires no sealing for high-temperature installations up to 600°C, this pipe delivers excellent performance. For installations involving positive pressure (P1 applications), seals must be applied at every joint.

The pipe can be cut to fit specific requirements, but any exposed steel should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.Maintenance is straightforward; it is recommended to include inspection and cleaning provisions, especially for solid fuel applications. This can be achieved by incorporating access doors at directional changes. Regular sweeping and maintenance, at least once a year, are advised to ensure longevity and optimal performance of the chimney system.
