The Mi-Pellet Finishing Plate Rosette Ø 80 is an essential accessory for your heating system, designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures of up to 600°C. This high-quality single skin flue component is crafted from zero carbon steel and features a durable vitreous enamel coating in a sleek, matt black finish. Ideal for bridging the gap between your appliance and Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, this plate ensures a tidy and professional finish.

Importantly, it is not designed to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. When installing, remember to position the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates within the flue system. For high-temperature installations, no seal is required, but for positive pressure (P1) applications, ensure seals are placed at every joint.

Additionally, if cut, cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation. Regular maintenance is crucial, particularly for solid fuel appliances.

This can be achieved by fitting access doors at directional changes, allowing for easy inspection and cleaning at least once a year.
