The KC - 90° Bend - Ø 350 is essential for efficient flue system setups for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves and gas coal effect fires. Constructed with an outer skin of 304-grade stainless steel (0.4mm thick) and an inner skin of 316-grade stainless steel (0.5mm thick), this bend ensures durability and resilience under high temperatures. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 128kg/m3, offering excellent thermal resistance.The KC bend is HETAS-approved and CE-marked, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
Its designation numbers are EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G90 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 015. Installation is made simple with the use of a Locking Band to secure all components. When installing, maintain a 90mm distance from combustibles for biomass applications and 15mm for low-temperature gas and oil setups.
