The Gasket Seal Ø 80 is an essential component for maintaining the safety and efficiency of your chimney system. Constructed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers, this gasket ensures a secure and tight seal. The outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel, and the inner layer utilizes 316 grade stainless steel, both at a sturdy 0.4mm thickness.
The insulation comprises compressed rockwool, offering a remarkable density of 200kg/m³ for TWPro and 128kg/m³ for other components. Fully welded parts guarantee a seamless installation. With a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles for TWPro and 60mm for KC, the Gasket Seal meets high safety standards.
HETAS approved and CE marked, the TWPro series holds designations TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. KC has equivalent designations with different combustible clearances. Secure your flue components effectively using a Locking Band and ensure your setup adheres to required safety distances from flammable materials.
