The Firestop Plate Ø 175 is essential for safely passing a chimney through floors. It is suitable for use with solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances including woodstoves, gas coal-effect fires, and boilers. Constructed with a 304 grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316 grade stainless steel inner skin, both at 0.4mm thickness, it promises robust durability and reliability.
The dense 200kg/m3 compressed rockwool insulation and fully welded parts ensure optimal performance and safety. The firestop plate maintains a mandatory 50mm clearance from combustibles, adhering to all relevant fire and building regulations. HETAS Approved and CE marked, the TWPro system exemplifies superior quality and safety standards.
Installation is straightforward with the use of a Locking Band to secure the twin wall insulated chimney parts. Remember, for solid fuel installations, use ventilated plates for maximum safety.
