The Finishing Plate 30°-45° - Ø 200 is designed to provide a neat and secure finish around the flue as it passes through a non-combustible wall. Ideal for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers, this plate is a versatile choice for a variety of heating systems. Constructed with an outer skin made from 304-grade stainless steel and an inner skin made from 316-grade stainless steel, both with a thickness of 0.4mm, it ensures durability and longevity.

The insulation, composed of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, offers excellent thermal protection. All parts are fully welded for added strength. The TWPro / KC system requires a distance of 50mm / 60mm respectively from any combustible materials.

This product is HETAS approved and CE marked, meeting high safety and quality standards. Installation is straightforward with the use of a Locking Band, ensuring components stay securely in place.

Begin by ensuring that the wall through which the flue passes is non-combustible and meets the required safety standards. Prepare the mounting area and verify that all components are present. Apply a high-quality silicone sealant along the contact points before positioning the finishing plate. Secure the plate using appropriate screws and make use of the Locking Band to ensure all sections remain tightly connected. Double-check that the clearance distances are met—TWPro requires 50mm and KC 60mm—to guarantee safety. Optional accessories such as premium stainless screws and enhanced locking bands are available to further augment the installation’s security.

The Finishing Plate 30°-45° - Ø 200 can be used with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers.

The plate is made from 304-grade stainless steel for the outer skin and 316-grade stainless steel for the inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, with compressed rockwool insulation.
