The EuroSW1 - Cone Top - Ø 200mm Connecting Pipe is an essential component designed for seamless integration with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances. Manufactured using high-quality zero carbon steel, this single skin flue system can withstand temperatures up to 600°C. Ideal for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, the EuroSW1 ensures safe and efficient management of exhaust gases.

Please note, it is not suitable for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. During installation, ensure the smaller diameter points downward to contain condensates within the flue system, preventing any external leakage. The EuroSW1 features a friction fit joint, eliminating the need for joint sealing; however, for extra security, joints can be coated with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.

Be aware that any exposed steel needs covering with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Routine maintenance is crucial, especially for solid fuel appliances, so plan for regular inspections and chimney cleaning, preferably at least once a year. EuroSW1’s design includes the option for access doors to facilitate easy maintenance at directional changes.

• Designed exclusively for connecting heating appliances to flue liners, chimney stacks, or twin wall flue systems. It is not suitable for installation through ceilings or combustible walls. • During installation, ensure the smaller diameter of the EuroSW1 is pointing downward to keep condensates contained within the flue system. • While the friction fit joint does not require sealing, for added security, consider applying fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant at the joints. • Any exposed steel after cutting must be immediately covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. • Follow regular maintenance routines; annual chimney inspections and cleanings are strongly recommended to maintain optimal safety and performance.
