The EuroSW1 Base Support - Ø 150mm is expertly designed to serve as a crucial connecting component for flue systems in gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. Crafted from high-grade zero carbon steel, the EuroSW1 provides reliability and durability. It is essential to note that this pipe is intended purely as a connecting pipe between your appliance and other flue system components such as Flue Liners, Chimney Stacks, or Twin Wall Flue Systems.
It should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. When installing the EuroSW1, maintain a minimum distance of 450mm from combustible materials to ensure safety. The design facilitates friction-fit joints, eliminating the need for sealing; however, for enhanced security, you may opt to use jointing compounds like fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.
Post installation, any cut sections should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Regular maintenance, especially for solid fuel appliances, is recommended to keep your system in optimal condition.
