The EuroSW1 - Anti-Wind Cowl, with a diameter of Ø 150mm, is expertly designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances that operate at temperatures up to 600°C. This high-quality single skin connecting flue system, crafted in zero carbon steel, ensures reliable performance and longevity. It's important to note that the EuroSW1 should only serve as a connecting pipe between your appliance and the Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System.

It is not suitable for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. For installation, make sure the EuroSW1 is correctly oriented with the smaller diameter pointing downwards to retain condensates within the flue system, preventing them from leaking outside. While the friction-fit joint generally doesn’t require sealing, additional security can be achieved using jointing compounds like fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.

If the EuroSW1 needs cutting, ensure that any exposed steel is treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting over time. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation. Regular maintenance, including sweeping and inspections, is crucial, particularly for solid fuel applications.

Incorporating a EuroSW1 with access doors at directional changes facilitates cleaning and inspection.
