The EuroSW1 Adjustable Pipe 250-400mm is a versatile connecting pipe designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. Constructed from zero carbon steel, this single-skin flue system is suitable for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System. Note, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
Ensure no piece of EuroSW1 125mm is installed within 375mm of combustible materials. Always install with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates within the flue system. This friction-fit joint doesn't generally need sealing, but for extra security, you can use fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.
The pipe can be cut to size, but any exposed steel must be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Regular chimney inspection and cleaning are essential, especially when used with solid fuel appliances. Install EuroSW1 with access doors at direction changes to facilitate this.
