Constructed from zero carbon steel, this robust single-skin flue component seamlessly connects your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System. However, it's crucial not to use it for passing through ceilings or combustible walls.### ApplicationEuroSW1 pipe is suited for an array of heating appliances and can withstand intense heat up to 600°C.
It's perfect for the connection between your heating device and various flue systems, providing reliability and efficiency.### ConstructionCrafted in zero carbon steel, EuroSW1 ensures durability and high performance. Its single-skin design guarantees thickness and strength, making it a reliable choice for different types of fuel appliances.### InstallationFollow specific guidelines during installation: keep a distance of at least 600mm from any combustible material and make sure the adaptor is correctly oriented with the smaller diameter pointing downward to avoid condensate leakage. EuroSW1 features a friction fit joint that doesn't require joint sealing.
However, for extra security, sealing with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant is recommended. If the pipe needs cutting, protect the exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.### MaintenanceRegular inspection and cleaning of the chimney are crucial, especially for solid fuel applications. Incorporate EuroSW1 components with access doors at direction changes for easier maintenance.
For optimal performance, sweep and maintain chimneys serving solid fuel appliances at least once a year.
