The EuroSW1 1000mm Pipe with a 175mm diameter is an essential component for your flue system. Designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances that operate at temperatures up to 600°C, this single skin connecting flue is crafted from zero carbon steel, ensuring long-term durability. Simplifying your installation, the EuroSW1 features friction-fit joints, eliminating the need for additional sealing.
Still, for added security, joints can be enhanced with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Note, this pipe is meant as a connecting component and should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Additionally, it’s advisable to keep any piece of EuroSW1 at least 540mm away from combustible materials.
The pipe is designed to be cut to size as needed, but be sure to treat any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Proper maintenance is key, especially for solid fuel applications—annual sweeping and inspection are recommended. Opt for EuroSW1 sections with access doors at directional changes to facilitate easier cleaning.
