Designed to endure temperatures up to an impressive 1300°C, this versatile sealant is indispensable for ensuring a water and gas-tight seal in high-heat environments. Supplied in convenient 310ml tubes, it’s available in both Black and Clear variants, making it suitable for alkaline substrates such as concrete, mortar, and fibre cement.

Its high-performance and neutral curing system mean that it’s practically odourless, non-corrosive to metals, and can be painted over with both water-based and solvent-based paints. One of the most versatile products in our range, it bonds well to most substrates without the need for priming.

Before application, ensure that surfaces are clean and free from loose debris. For best results, apply the sealant when the substrate is dry, although it bonds well without priming. Use a suitable applicator or caulking gun to achieve an even bead. Maintain a consistent layer to ensure a water and gas-tight seal. Allow adequate curing time as per manufacturer guidelines. Caution: Wear protective gloves and safety goggles during application. For optimal performance, check for complementary accessories such as applicator tips or finishing tools which can be searched separately.
