Its robust construction features an outer skin made from high-quality 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin crafted from durable 316 grade stainless steel. Each skin has a thickness of 0.4mm, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.

The insulation is made from compressed rockwool, boasting a density of 200kg/m3 to provide superior thermal resistance and safety. All components of the cowl are fully welded, ensuring a seamless and reliable fit. The design maintains a safe distance of 50mm from any combustibles, complying with safety standards.

TWPro products, including this cowl, come with HETAS approval and are CE marked, meeting stringent quality and safety regulations. Its designation numbers are EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, highlighting its compliance with European standards. Installation is straightforward, using a Locking Band to securely connect TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts.
