Crafted with precision, it features an outer skin made from 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both being 0.4mm thick.

The robust insulation consists of compressed rockwool, ensuring a density of 200kg/m3. Remarkably, all components are fully welded for enhanced durability. With a safe distance requirement of 50mm to combustible materials, this product meets rigorous safety standards.

It is HETAS approved and CE marked with the designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, affirming its compliance with European regulations. Installation is made seamless with the use of a Locking Band, eliminating the need for screws, and the adjustable length allows for a precise fit.

Secure the blanket in place using the provided locking band, eliminating the need for screws. Always ensure a minimum 50mm gap from any combustible materials. To further enhance performance, optional accessories such as mounting brackets or smoke seals can be sourced to suit specific installation requirements.
