The Adjustable Base Support 80-280mm Ø 150 is a versatile and essential component for providing robust vertical support to your chimney flue system. Designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers, this base support ensures dependable performance. Constructed with high-quality materials: the outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4mm, and the inner skin from 316-grade stainless steel, also with a thickness of 0.4mm.

The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring excellent thermal protection. All parts are fully welded for maximum durability and safety. The TWPro system is HETAS approved and CE marked, ensuring compliance with UK standards.

Installation is straightforward: secure the components using a Locking Band and maintain a safe distance of 50mm from any combustible materials. This base support offers an adjustable range of 80mm to 280mm from the wall surface, providing flexibility in various installations.

Installation is straightforward when you follow the recommended guidelines. Begin by securely fixing the base support to the wall using the Locking Band provided. Ensure that the minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible material is maintained throughout the installation. Use only the recommended fixings as outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions. For a safe and durable installation, double-check that all components are correctly aligned and securely anchored. Always consult the detailed manufacturer guidelines and relevant building regulations before commencing installation.

It is suitable for solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers.

The outer skin is made from 304-grade stainless steel, and the inner skin is made from 316-grade stainless steel. Both skins have a thickness of 0.4mm.

The base support uses compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3.

The TWPro system is HETAS approved and CE marked, complying with standards EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.

Parts of the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney are secured together using a Locking Band. Maintain a minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible materials.

The Adjustable Base Support has a range of 80mm to 280mm from the wall surface, providing flexibility for different installation requirements.
