The Ø 200 - 90° Internal Clay Adaptor Kit - Ø 150 is an essential component for connecting appliances to clay liners, particularly those with a 200mm internal diameter. This kit includes a robust clay adaptor, a flexible extendable bend (90°), and an adjustable telescopic length, ensuring a perfect fit. Constructed from premium 1mm thick stainless steel grade 316, it offers exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion.
The clay end is thoughtfully tapered, enabling it to mould seamlessly inside nonsymmetrical clay liners. For a secure seal, use Fire Cement and Fire Rope around the clay liner. Stainless screws and securing bands ensure the adaptor remains firmly in place, and the bend and adjustable length feature a telescopic design for a snug fit.
The use of high-temperature sealant enhances the reliability of the seal. This kit should only be used when flue cleaning is possible through the appliance.
