Our Ø 200 - 45° Internal Clay Adaptor Kit - Ø 125 is designed to facilitate the secure connection of your appliance to a clay liner, specifically for 200mm internal diameter clay liners or pumice/concrete structures. The comprehensive kit includes a robust clay adaptor, an extendable 45° bend, and an adjustable telescopic length. Crafted from 1mm thick high-grade stainless steel (316), this kit guarantees durability and resistance to corrosion.
The tapered clay end ensures a snug fit within the clay liner, adapting to its often imperfect symmetry. For a reliable seal, use fire cement and fire rope around the clay liner, and secure the adaptor with stainless screws to prevent rust. The telescopic components should overlap by at least 50mm, and a high-temperature sealant is recommended to finalize the installation.Note: This adaptor kit is intended for situations where flue cleaning can be performed through the appliance.
