The Tee 93° - Ø 80 flue connector is part of the SWPro modular single wall flue system, expertly constructed from premium 316L stainless steel for long-lasting performance. This versatile component can be used in a range of applications, such as boilers, ovens, and ventilation systems, as well as serving as an efficient chimney shaft liner. The high-pressure sealing gasket ensures a secure connection for both high and low temperature environments, whether condensing or non-condensing, with flue gases in both positive and negative pressure.
The system is CE marked and adheres to the highest standards of safety and efficiency as outlined in EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50040 O(50) for diameters up to Ø 200 and EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50050 O(50) for diameters between Ø 250 and Ø 400. Installation is straightforward with a push-fit jointing system, complemented by a Locking Band for added security. For P1 and H1 installations, jointing gaskets must be applied to every joint.
It's crucial to maintain a distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible materials.
