This reducer is built to handle both high and low-temperature applications and is compatible with non-condensing and condensing conditions. It features a high-pressure sealing gasket (P1/H1), making it suitable for positive and negative pressure scenarios.
Applications range from boilers and ovens to ventilation systems and chimney shaft liners.Constructed with high-grade 316L Stainless Steel, the wall thickness varies with the flue diameter to ensure durability and efficiency. The SWPro system is CE marked, with credentials including EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50040 O(50) - Ø 80 up to Ø 200 and EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50050 O(50) - Ø 250 up to Ø 400.Installation is straightforward with its modular push-fit jointing system secured by a Locking Band. For P1 and H1 installations, jointing gaskets are required at each connection point.
Always maintain a distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard.
