The Reducer Ø 150 is a crucial component within the modular single wall flue system known as SWPro. Constructed from high-grade 316L stainless steel, this reducer efficiently decreases the diameter of your flue system from Ø 150 to a smaller diameter such as Ø 130. The SWPro system is designed to handle both high and low temperatures, as well as non-condensing and condensing applications.
It is suitable for positive and negative pressure environments, making it versatile for use in boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and chimney shaft liners. Each reducer is built to rigorous standards, featuring a high-pressure sealing gasket P1/H1 for superior performance. The system is CE marked and conforms to EN 1856-1 regulations, ensuring it meets the highest safety and quality standards.Installation is straightforward with a push-fit jointing system and a Locking Band to secure the connections. For P1 and H1 installations, jointing gaskets must be fitted at every joint.
It's important to maintain a minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible materials during installation, ensuring safety and compliance.
