The 0.5m Pipe with Manual Damper (Ø 80) from our SWPro range is engineered with high-grade 316L stainless steel. This modular single wall flue system is renowned for its versatility and robustness. It features a high-pressure sealing gasket P1/H1, making it suitable for both high and low temperatures, as well as non-condensing and condensing applications.
Ideal for boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and chimney shaft liners, this flue system is designed for positive and negative pressure environments. Its construction ensures durability with various thicknesses depending on the flue diameter. Being CE marked and having designation numbers EN 1856-1, T200, H1, W, Vm, L50040 for Ø 80 to Ø 200 and EN 1856-1, T200, H1, W, Vm, L50050 for Ø 250 to Ø 400, the SWPro meets the highest standards.
Installation is straightforward with a push-fit jointing system secured by a locking band, requiring jointing gaskets in P1 and H1 installations. For safety, ensure a 50mm clearance from any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard.
