The Lid - Ø 250 is an integral component of the SWPro modular single-wall flue system, manufactured from high-grade 316L stainless steel. It's designed to cap off the branch or base of a tee or to seal the end of a header. This robust cap is suitable for various applications, including boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and chimney shaft liners.
The SWPro system features a high-pressure sealing gasket P1/H1, making it appropriate for both high and low temperatures, non-condensing and condensing applications, and flue gases in positive and negative pressure. It is CE marked and constructed to meet stringent standards: EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50040 O(50) for diameters Ø 80 up to Ø 200, and EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50050 O(50) for diameters Ø 250 up to Ø 400. The modular design ensures easy installation with a push-fit jointing system, further secured by a locking band.
Jointing gaskets must be fitted on every joint in P1 and H1 installations, with a 50mm clearance from any combustible material.
