The KC Rotating Cowl Ø 200 is a meticulously engineered solution designed to help mitigate down draft issues in your chimney system. Suitable for a variety of heating appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and solid fuel appliances, this rotating cowl ensures optimal performance across the board. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, each at 0.4mm thickness, it promises exceptional durability and resilience.
The cowl is insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 128kg/m³, offering superior insulation properties and safety with a distance to combustibles of just 60mm. Approved by HETAS and marked with the CE designation, it meets stringent standards and regulations, proving its high-quality and reliability. Installation is straightforward, requiring the use of a Locking Band to secure the parts together, ensuring a snug and secure fit.
